What is your primary product or service?
Build or remodel residential or commercial structures up to 3 stories tall.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I used to sell windows and doors and had to fix many things that the framers didn't have built right. Love to do things with my hands and as such enjoy making things. I always have the finished product in mind which leads to a early completion of nearly every project taken on and a beautiful end commodity.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I build or remodel every project with the customer's taste in mind but with my quality a requirement. Once the project passes my inspection, there is never a problem with the inspections departments of the city or counties. I am very detailed in my efforts and at times very critical of work being done but "fair in my efforts". Customers may not always like my honesty but they at least know I am telling them the truth and respect that.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I work out of my office in my home and thereby keep expenses down saving customers money and keeping my company profitable. I do not plan to expand but to continue my winning methods of business. I personally supervise every project. Subs and vendors are paid on time keeping everyone happily working for my company and my customers.

What are your hours of operation?
Phone is always on but I usually am at my desk by 6:30 am and usually start to relax about 7:pm.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
